Jennifer Pankey
Jennifer joined Solutions for Change in 2010 with her two daughters, McKenzie and Maggie, following a rough road with drug addiction. She graduated in 2012 and joined our team as an Empowerment Aid, serving students as they first come in. During her 10 year tenure here Jennifer has held several different positions from workforce development at our Aquaponics farm to Solutions in the Community, bringing our impact to the people. Jennifer now serves on a broader spectrum at Solutions for Change as the VP of Transformational Impact as well as being on our Senior Management Team. These days you will find her teaching formerly homeless men and women, many of whom are seeking redemption, how to see themselves as assets instead of liabilities and most importantly, how to be Servant Leaders. She knows how much this guidance can mean for someone who is on their journey out of homelessness – after all, this was very much the place she was in when she herself came to Solutions.
