On October 8, 2011 we are bringing Condoleezza Rice to be our keynote speaker at our annual “mega” event of the year. Many of you are familiar with the concert we did last year, well this year, we’re taking it to another level! More details to follow in the coming weeks as to how you can reserve your seat, become a sponsor and if you’re unable to attend, you may even get a chance to watch it live on the internet.

If you have yet to visit the Solutions University, well now is the time! We invite you to come to the Solutions For Change Christmas Party and Open House on Saturday, December 11 from 11:00am – 2:00pm. Food, activities, Santa Claus, and lots of entertainment await you and your family!
This is a perfect opportunity to enjoy a Saturday afternoon with the Solutions family and celebrate Christmas with some special people who are permanently solving their homelessness.

Our local Albertsons here in Vista is currently holding a “cash food drive” which will benefit the Solutions University families. Last year they were able to donate 30 Christmas dinners due to the involvement of our local community. We hope to be able to increase the amount of dinners served this year by your generous donations at this participating Albertsons. This is a great opportunity to be part of the change and make an impact on the children and families here at the Solutions University. This time of year is very festive and these Christmas dinners will mark a very special moment in the lives of these once-homeless families. We would like to thank Albertsons for their participation and being part of solving family homelessness!
